Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Staff rude and have no communication or customer service skills. Manager Luca gets ran over by associates. Associates could not care less about their service or making the food or drinks you paid for. Did not receive refund even though I was missing my hash browns and coffee. Worst Dunkin experience ever
Stood there for a long time just to be told they don’t have the stuff to make the coffees right now. I thought that was what they were all about.
