The woman who made my coffee got the order wrong twice and proceeded to yell in my face after I left a pretty decent tip.. Unreal.
The employee by the name of Shakya or shakia has been pretty rude every time I go through the drive-thru on College Avenue in Waterville, ME. Today she was the worst. I am not sure why you allow her to work there. Her Manager is Jamie and I would appreciate it if someone would. forward this message to him if possible or give me a phone number to call him.
