The employee by the name of Shakya or shakia has been pretty rude every time I go through the drive-thru on College Avenue in Waterville, ME. Today she was the worst. I am not sure why you allow her to work there. Her Manager is Jamie and I would appreciate it if someone would. forward this message to him if possible or give me a phone number to call him. Terrible manager, rude, condescending to customers, nasty disposition. Makes fun of customers alongside her staff & customers!!!
Would be five stars as it’s my primary coffee stop as I work 12 hour night shifts… 5 out of 10 times A FEW of these employees don’t put espresso in my latte- Which irks me because it is very obvious when they don’t! :)) Also Aggravated at the fact that this stuff is not cheap! And there’s rarely a day they don’t have my business! Tired of handing my money over to people who don’t wanna do their jobs!!!
They can never make a simple coffee right, and always run out of cold brew. I ordered my coffee today and it had way to much cream, and zero flavoring.
This Dunkin location is the best around, I have been going here daily for 2 years and they have NEVER messed up my order. The staff members are always so friendly!
