I walked in with my ESA (Emotional Support Animal). The person who took the order was so rude!. The person said Service Dogs only. I tried to explain about EVA'S. I gather she wanted no part of what I was saying. She looked everywhere except where I was. I than decided to be the bigger person & get what I came in for. My neice took the dog out.
