I’ve always had a poor experience at this dunkin. Give you the wrong food, put no cream cheese on your bagel, then try to charge you when you tell them it’s wrong. The customer service is terrible and you can just tell that they don’t care for their business here at all. They redo it, knowing that a bunch of kids come here after school, and took out more than half of the seats but then to take out the bathroom. Clearly these people are just dumb.
No bathrooms slow service food ok . Both former bathrooms marked EMPLOYEES ONLY
We stopped at this Dunkin’ and bought a coffee and asked to use the bathroom. To my surprise they don’t offer a bathroom to customers. They have one for the employees, but they refused to let us use it even after I purchased something. We were very disappointed: My wife really needed a bathroom. Not cool Dinkin.
Stay away from this location, no bathrooms. Actually have them but employees only. Health department needs to visit them if they want to sell food
