Crappy location that always gets the order wrong, kiosks broken so you have to wait for the inept staff. After trying three different times to give this location another chance, we will be skipping it and going elsewhere.
I stopped there every morning on my way to work and twice I brought to the managers attention didn’t get espresso in my latte. She stared at me like a deer and headlights she could care less. My coworker found a long black hair in her large coffee, brought it to the district managers attention when he was there on a Thursday, he could care less. He stared at me as well.
