I stopped there every morning on my way to work and twice I brought to the managers attention didn’t get espresso in my latte. She stared at me like a deer and headlights she could care less. I was looking for a certain donut, and they didn't have it.
The cashier that served us was extremely rude, we got nothing but attitude from the moment we walked up, when asked if she could remake an order that she messed up she gave us attitude and told us we should have been more specific about the sweetner we wanted in the coffee, she instead decided that she was gonna use sugar instead of sweetner and threw the coffee in the sink and sighed loud enough for everyone to hear. Seemed like only 2 people were on duty. I am not a frequent coffee drinker. I get coffer for a friend and sometimes munchkins for his clients or contractors. So naturally I had a few questions about the frozen coffee drinks and your free beverage rewards. The person on the microphone didn't know about the app rewards or how they could be used.
