I used to dread coming here but they got rid of the bad employees that would purposely make my coffee bad and now I love going. I always enjoy talking to the guy who makes sure my order is correct and always has a great attitude. Thank you guys!
Horrible customer service. Employee at the drive thru window was super rude. I would recommend training your employees. I won’t be coming back to this location.
The coffee is always great and shout out to Donald who is always a smiling face at the drive thru
Let me just say this , it’s not the employees fault when you only have 2 to even I’ve seen only one person on a shift who is not management , and is obviously over worked and having to do everything in the store while there really busy is horrible no manager in site, and when the manager is there she is on her phone constantly more the the normal employees that’s just wack I would expect it to be the other way around if I owned this company the manager would be fired for getting paid to be in her phone when she should be man... read more
I'm completely aware that it's tough to hire and keep people and that people may also call out of work. However, this was the worst experience I ever encountered at a Dunkin in my entire life. The bathrooms are kept locked and reserved for customers only which fair, but when you only have two people on shift and training at the same time, many mistakes are easily made.
