I like the location of this dunkin and it’s far less busy than the other Pottstown dunkin. But this one woman who works there is soo rude. Earlier this week my husband and I went through the drive thru and he got me an iced latte and asked for it have cold foam on top. I never order coffee, but I wanted a peppermint mocha latte, no whipped cream, whole milk. Simple enough, you'd think. The lady that took my order, never specified hot or iced. I get to the window and I'm presented with an iced coffee. I said to guy that tried to hand me the coffee that I wanted hot. He said I ordered iced. The place is not exactly running at top speed, but the staff are friendly. Came in recently off a coupon in the app which didn't seem to work too well. Supervisor ended up fixing the problem and even threw in an extra donut.
