Worst service I’ve ever walked into. I’d give this one star to the only employee that was doing a great job up front, Cody. Employees were messing around in the back, cussing like sailors while there was a family ordering and I was waiting for my order for 15-20 mins. No one is watching the front register, my order is wrong 75% of the time. I’ve started skipping past this dunkin and going to a further one. Don’t waste your time
I like the location of this dunkin and it’s far less busy than the other Pottstown dunkin. But this one woman who works there is soo rude. Earlier this week my husband and I went through the drive thru and he got me an iced latte and asked for it have cold foam on top. When the woman handed him the drink she made a comment that it “cold foam is extra but we gave it to you free this one time.” Like okay, weird that they didn’t just charge the extra dollar or whatever for cold foam but whatever.
