Shout out to the female shift lead at 7:30pm on March 13. Rude. And that’s putting it nicely. Bad mouths and talks poorly of customers who are still in store. Over such a non issue that I myself felt no need to escalate.

The staff here is excellent, I have never been in a chain doughnut shop before, I was buying doughnuts for someone else and they helped me with every selection. Truly appreciate these wonderful humans! Thank you!
I was very unpleasant with the “hot” food. I will never come back and support this Dunkin’s I will go to somewhere else. Customers it was ok but why is my food cold dude. I don’t get mad but if it comes to my food you’re playing with my money and my stomach. Never again
