Just like any (most) Dunkin in America. If you come often they may even remember your order.
Food-they always get my drink right, SO FAR! SERVICE- every time I come in and pick up my drink&food, this DD guy look at me like i’m stealing a drink. 🤷♀️I can see him looking at me until i walked out the store which is very annoying but i just ignore him. If i come to the highest point of my temp, i would ask him if he has a problem with my order. I guess he wants to ask me a question but he can’t coz i am a customer and i can order whatever i want using my rewards or not.
I was being charged extra at this Dunkin location simply for asking for less ice in my drink. What’s worse is that this charge was never mentioned beforehand—I only noticed it as the order was being processed. If you operate under a franchise brand like Dunkin, pricing should follow standard policies and be transparent. It should not depend on what someone decides to charge at the counter.
