Convenient
The Dunkin in Smithville is one of my favorites. The staff are all friendly and skilled at their job. They remember their regulars and their orders. The restaurant is clean and well stocked. They never make you feel like you're a bother or dumb for asking for assistance with anything.
Every time I come to this specific location I am given an issue with my order saying it’s not allowed . Now I go to many different Dunkin’s and this is the only location that does this. It’s literally on the app that you can get a bacon,egg, and cheese OR an egg and cheese. So maybe train your employees better
I have been going there ever since I moved to EHT. Although I've been to many other Dunkins. Ever since they were originally Dunkin donuts. Great place to go for coffee and donuts. You have to go early to get the donuts, before they run out. There's also a specialty coffee menu. And they don't make just donuts anymore. They make made to order food items that you can enjoy. Sandy is always so nice! was very sweet to my granddaughter when we went through the drive through on Tuesday morning! love seeing her when I stop in!
