Very rude, wouldn't give me a receipt, communication was not at all clear, food took a while.
I'm not sure how this one stays running. Orders are commonly messed up and made slowly. I must have ordered five times off the app in the last week and got the right order once! How do you screw up an order that's written down in front of you? Edit: I've only been back a few times. Even when slow, a tea gets made as a coffee...when ordering off the app. Its impossible to screw it up so badly but they do. Avoid. There's another Dunkin about four or five blocks north.

I order a drink and when I got to the train station my drink was not ready the guy was staring at the wall for a good 5 minutes and then he was asking me how to make the drink 😭
