The staff mean well, but more times than not, the food takes for ever and or orders are wrong.
The place was redone a while back. It was clean and nice with a friendly staff. Now the staff is rude and I have been in several times with other people only to see flies on the few donut options they have. It went from a busy place most of the day to being not very busy when ever you go I would guess because people don't like flies on their food. Staff does little to nothing about it. I’ve been going faithfully because our office building is close by, great staff but every week majority of our orders are always incorrect. We began having donut delight cater to us weekly but majority of the office wants Dunkin’ Donuts. We’ve complained but to no avail. It’s sad because we order huge and they’re losing out.
The line was backed up so I asked the cashier “ how long will it be forever a sandwich? If it’s too long then I’ll only take a drink.” The cashier responded with “ I don’t understand “. I then repeated what I said a lil louder. Cashier walked to another associate. Came back asked an Indian lady what I say. She didn’t understand as well. At the point I just said never mind.
