My family and I went there and the workers were very rude and had expired juices and we told them and they put it back saying we don’t care and put it back.
This morning, my mother and I went through the drive-thru and kindly mentioned that the menu screen wasn’t working, so we weren’t able to see it. Unfortunately, the employee responded in a very dismissive manner and made it seem as though we were inconveniencing her, despite us being respectful from the beginning. Situations like this reflect poorly on a business, as good customer service should include patience and a willingness to help.
Drive thru takes forever even if it is weekends and weekdays.
