I visited the in Morganton, NC to grab an iced coffee, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. When I paid with cash, I was told they didn’t have enough change to give me the remaining 8 cents. Instead of offering a solution, they just stared at me until I agreed to let it go. It’s not about the 8 cents it’s the principle. If I had been 8 cents short, I wouldn’t have been able to get my coffee, so it should go both ways. Coffees were half full, and tasted like ashes. Couldn’t get a refund because no one knew how to do it.
I'm absolutely love it and they're very fast.
