I come here every morning and dave is usually here and does great job. Today I scan my dunkin app for sandwich back egg and cheese. They take my coupon charge me full price and then cannot give me back my money. Held me here for 20min because he looked lost as if he is on drugs or dunk or something the guy thay served me. 🤔 this is the third time happened to me at this location and alway when dave is not here to help. Took 20 minutes to get a simple egg and cheese with hash browns and they messed up my order!! Which then took another 20 minutes. Not to mention one of the cashiers almost hit my brother with her car! Driving a black Toyota Camry!
Easily the best Dunkin in the area. Drinks are always made right and the baked goods are always fresh, even toward the end of the day. I've literally never had a bad experience here and I've gone 1-2 times a month for the last few years.
