The absolute WORST experience. The manager with red hair that works there is atrocis! She is rude and belligerent to customers. We waited over twenty minutes for two coffees, while this manager proceeded to argue with her staff in front of a line of ten customers asking who's taking the front, while SHE was wiping off syrup containers. This should not be her priority at a busy time of day, she should have stepped up and stepped in like and decent manager would have done. If the Indoors of the establishment are open, you would think they would take orders indoors but it’s like a ghost town, you want something simple that shit takes forever via indoors. Crazy to me
