The store was quiet but the business was thriving with lunchtime takeaways. Cheerful polite staff, good bagels and croissants. Will be back.

Customer service has gone down alot, they are very busy for the most part but they have always been very busy since they opened and back then they had great customer service and in the last few years the customer service has been horrible, they are very slow, the employees are not friendly, they walk past you when your waiting for assistance and usually never say good morning, good afternoon, thank you or even have a nice day. EDIT: I've started trying this place again out of convenience, and I think it's marginally better. I haven't gotten wrong orders, but I still somewhat regularly get old burnt coffee or burnt food of some kind. I've upped this to 3 stars, but I still don't think I recommend this Dunks over any other. ORIGINAL REVIEW: You'll get mostly edible food, but this Dunks has found new and innovative ways to mess my orders up. The absolute WORST experience. The manager with red hair that works there is atrocis! She is rude and belligerent to customers. We waited over twenty minutes for two coffees, while this manager proceeded to argue with her staff in front of a line of ten customers asking who's taking the front, while SHE was wiping off syrup containers. This should not be her priority at a busy time of day, she should have stepped up and stepped in like and decent manager would have done.
