Waited half an hour for an iced coffee they never made
The absolute worst service ever!!! 3:45 on August 16 2026 my kids and I stood in line for 10 minutes no one else in the lobby. 3 works staring at one screen didn’t even acknowledge our existence. Then once we were finally waiting on told my 10 year old son they were going to go as slow as possible!! Pathetic!!!!!
Whenever I visit Dunkin Donuts my expectations are very low, but without a doubt this was the worst Dunkin experience I've ever had. We arrived expectng to order iced coffee and a donut and use the bathroom, as we were driving south from Calais to Boston. Both the shop and drive thru were empty We stood at the counter for approximately 8 minutes without being acknowledged or served. oh my god dude 4 people working in there and it takes 17 minutes to get a coffee oh and whenever you actually get what you ordered they mess up the food and they mess up the coffee
