Arrived at 7:37pm this evening and was greeted with a pleasant "what can I get for you?" I placed my order for a latte (the first of several things in my order) and was told they had no milk and had dumped everything at 7:30pm. I said "ok, what can I get?" I was told "nothing". I asked what time they closed and she said 8pm. No apology, no offer to brew something If I was willing to wait. They were open for another 23 minutes. Everytime we order its either messed up or they over charge you for stuff and then act like its supposed to be that way. I miss the old crew who actually cared they won't be having my business anymore. You shouldn't be over charging people for no reason.
I had such a great experience at Dunkin’ the other day, and I want to recognize Cindy for it. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, she was welcoming and upbeat. She greeted me right away, listened carefully to my order, and made sure she understood exactly how I wanted everything. What a joke. Rather drive 20 min to the next dunkin then try going here again. Customer service is non existent every time.. Sat at drive thru order screen 10 min while the employee inside talked crap with her co worker and forgot to turn her headset off...
I love the new crew they are very welcoming My food and coffee was perfect . The girl who took my order today was Cindy, awesome customer service, greet you with kindness. I will be back
