Always running out of everything in the middle of the day and whatever’s left is cold. Staff could learn some customer service skills
Stopped this morning like usual and had a great experience. They know my order, even when it’s busy they stay positive. The girl at the window was super polite, and I loved the espresso they suggested. Honestly don’t understand the bad reviews.
I stopped by on April 18th around 7:30 PM and had a terrible experience. The shop was incredibly dirty and all the donuts had already been thrown away. The two employees on shift were just sitting around on their phones when I walked in. They took forever to acknowledge me, and when they finally did, they were extremely rude and had a major attitude. Between the lack of cleanliness and the poor service, I definitely won't be coming back. Avoid this location
