I’ve been to this dunkin a few times this time they literally took forever in the drive tru and put powdered sugar in my iced coffee instead of simple syrup?i didn’t even ask for sugar
This was my first time at this Dunkin’s location. Sadly it wasn’t any better than the last few Dunkin’s I’ve patronized. I bought glazed blueberry and good old plain glazed donuts. They were small and not very good. Both types were glazed, but the glaze was meager at best. I’ve eaten better donuts from supermarket bakeries, and those are never anything to brag about. The service was good and the employees friendly, but I didn’t stop by to purchase good feels.
Our experience was disappointing and frustrating. Not only did it ruin our morning, but it also put our baby in an uncomfortable situation. The service was slow, and it seemed like the female staff were prioritizing each other over the drive through or just standing. We had to wait 7-10 minutes for our order, and when a kind gentleman finally took our order, the coffee was served with an open lid, causing it to spill all over our table and wet our breakfast.
