The older woman at the front spoke to me as if I was bothering her for coming in, this is a consistent behavior from her. She tossed my donuts onto the counter (I had to snag them to keep them from falling onto the ground) and her tone when she speaks to me (and others) is hostile at best. Management or the owner should send her to get some customer service training or let her retire.
Service was prompt and efficient
Got told I’m not allowed to order my drink without ice. I can not have ice due to an allergy. Told to just order it with ice and then to remove it if I didn’t want it. (My type of allergy is serious. I get hives, swell up, and I can potentially go into anaphylactic shock. Which requires an epipen. Name of allergy: Cold Induced Urticaria.) Today I had a very disappointing experience at Dunkin’ Donuts. I simply asked if they could please cut my bread in half, and the employee immediately turned around and told me she was not going to do it. The way she responded felt disrespectful and unnecessary. When I asked to speak with the manager, she sarcastically replied, “I am the manager,” which made the situation even worse.
