Went in to get 2 partially filled hot chocolates & 2 donuts that get smaller everyday. I asked for a hot chocolate top off & was told they leave it short for whipped cream. Good excuse to be cheap with your customers. Find another Dunkin Donuts besides the one on Tenney Mountain Highway across from Hannafords. Won’t go again
I had a visit this location a few days ago and while I was ordering, the cashier was very nice and I asked for a refresher with no ice and she proceeded to ask her manager how to enter it in which was fine, but the manager decided to yell at her saying that they cannot do no ice drinks It was very rude about it and would not acknowledge me at any time of this transaction even though I was still standing at the register waiting to pay. I got a cin raisin bagel with cream cheese using the app and there was barely any cream cheese on it and the bagel was stale and hard to chew.
