It's hard to navigate the app and use the coupons. They don't specify how to use them or what does and doesn't qualify. The coffee and food itself is good though just wish I could use their coupons.
I went to the Dunkin in MWC tonight and was hit with the best customer service. DJ was nice, friendly and super funny. He made my night, thank you Dunkin, thank you DJ!
Took forever to even get noticed by staff to order. Staff looked sloppy & they were extremely unknowledgeable about the menu. Not helpful at all
The worst customer service experience EVERY time I go there. No one greets you or even turns around to tell you that they are busy with other customers. They ignore the patrons IN the store for the ones at drive thru. So now I'm THRU with them and I left this last time without buying ANYTHING.
