This is the worst Dunkin ever. It is conveniently located near my job so I have put up with the constant mistakes for 4 years, but no more. The coffee is inconsistent, very little or no swirl every time - to the point that I have had to start ordering 4 or 5 swirls just to get a normal amount. Today I got a bagel that had almost no cream cheese, like an undetectable amount. A month ago I got a sandwich that had parchment paper baked into the bagel, complained and never heard anything back.
