Customer service sucks I tried getting a mango refresher but they said they can’t do that but I know they can because I work at another Dukin
If you ordered a medium iced coffee and got this, what would you do? I didn’t have time to go back and ask for a remake/top off, but you really shouldn’t have to do that anyway lol. This location is consistently bad but today’s visit made me sad :(
They had a butternut crunch donut, and didn't look funny at me when I asked for it.
Slow slow slow , two employees working ONLY ON A WEDNESDAY… is insanity .. they need to hire more people especially with water wiz open . Honestly I’m surprised the two gentleman don’t quit on the spot @5:03 on 6/2 . Minimum should have at least 3 workers because they are drowning .
