Depending on when you go depends on the service . When I go the service is great and they are very welcoming. They always smile and make sure everything is right.
Great coffee as always!
Received incorrect items than was ordered. Asked for no sugar in coffee, and got it anyway. Asked for buttered bagel, got cream cheese.
Worst Dunkin ever. We waited a long time for food while they continued to serve others. When we questioned the service, we got rude treatment from the “cook” and then the cashier. We were yelled at and told to never come back. No chance of that. Looking at other reviews, we are not alone in our experience.
This location has gone down hill over the past year. I can’t spend money here anymore. My order is almost never right. To the point that it is a surprise when something is right. They regularly don’t have baked goods or staples of their menu. The service is hit or miss. I’m aware over the years I regularly spend hundreds of dollars a month there between my family and me.
