Horrible. When I went on Monday they took 20+ minutes to make a small hot coffee. I was late to school because of it. Today, I waited for 30 minutes and they never made my coffee. This is unacceptable and completely unreasonable, I’m wasting my money and haven’t been receiving anything in return. At the very least I should have a coffee that I paid for. It’s always packed, understaffed, and takes way too long.
The Little lady working there has the worst attitude & shouldn't be working in customer service. Not to mention speaks no English. She gave me the wrong order 3x's. Leave me waiting 20min just to screw up simple coffee's. I'm done going there ! The owner should be embarrassed 💯
New management needs a bit more help. Drinks aren't made correctly most times.
I went there to buy a coffee it was 6:46 pm and when I try to open the door it was locked already.
