Drinks are always inconsistent, some of the workers are nice. They do not know how to deal with a rush. They left out on my drinks, on my online order. Went up to the front and the lady ignored me. Didn’t say, I’ll be right with you, just simply ignored me. Never got my drink, waited 20 minutes or more for this drink that I never got.
There combos are absolutely great, for the price. And their always very kind and courtesy
most dunkins in the boston area are a crapshoot, but i had an experience so fantastic in quality, latte frothing technique, and flavor that i needed to boost the rating of this dunkin in particular. atmosphere was nice and quiet, particularly off a busy street. there was seating but truly, this feels like a quintessential grab-and-go store for pedestrians and bikers in particular (as there isn’t much in the way of parking for cars).
Popular location but not enough staff so the service is slow leaving one worker stressed handling 5+ orders on their own. The food and drinks come out well made but also they run low on their most common food products leaving customers looking for substitutions. The bathroom is always closed, even to paying customers. This place cries out for better management.
