The lady who opens this place in the morning was rude, ignorant, and kept making faces and slamming things around just because I was there to order a coffee. It was almost 6 AM and the place was completely empty, yet she still had an attitude the entire time. She told me she couldn’t make anything for me except coffee — no food or anything else in a very dismissive way. She seemed frustrated and gave absolutely horrible service for no reason. Drinks are always inconsistent, some of the workers are nice. They do not know how to deal with a rush. They left out one of my drinks, on my online order. Went up to the front and the lady ignored me. Didn’t say, I’ll be right with you, just simply ignored me. Never got my drink, waited 20 minutes or more for this drink that I never got.
Workers are rude, don’t understand you, wait 15 mins for a bagel, talk back to customers. EXTREMELY RUDE
