Already had a horrible experience last week which mind you the manager never touched base with me on after a formal complaint because her staff was so disrespectful because I asked for my coffee to be remade. Charging me for extra swirl and putting literally none in with literally 3 single ice cubes. When I asked the gentleman at the window to remake it, he rolled his eyes and walked away from me so I then had to come inside and have it fixed and the older gentlemen inside dealt with it and was very kind. Messed the order up but understable. We asked for 3 chocolate chip muffins and 1 blueberry. It was difficult to see the difference between the types. We received 2 of each.
Went through the drive through and there were 4 cars in front of me. I was in the drive through for 45 minutes before even placing my order.
