Stopped for coffee on my way home to New York. Monica, the miserable person taking the order was absolutely a disgusting example of customer service. I had 3 kids in the car with me & just needed a snack and coffee to get on the road. She was rude from the time of order giving me snotty responses through the intercom & when I got to the window I asked if there was a public bathroom - to which she replied “if it wasn’t open I wouldn’t be serving you” & walked away.
