Third time this has happened. I come in, no one is working. This obviously isn't the fault of the employee, but of management. I work in service management and this is a complete travesty. Why is there no schedule coverage? I am very sure this violates the contract Walmart has with Dunkin. On this particular day, I stood in line with 8 other people who were not served and walked away. Loss of business is never a good thing. I went to a different coffee shop instead.
Every time I order through the app to pick up, they always forget something, and I usually have to ask. I don’t mind waiting and asking, but it is every time I order. The last time I went, I was waiting for just a doughnut, no one even looked at me and I was waiting for about 10 minutes. I just said, screw it and take the loss and left.
Worst customer service. Stood at the counter for 15mins and was ignored!
This the closest DD to my house. No kidding but, theres no time ive been there and they got my order right....
