Audreianna was so extremely nice. I was not expecting that from a Dunkin at all. She gave us service that is standard for a competitor of Dunkin’. From start to finish, Audreianna was patient and pleasant. Dunkin’ should look into the qualities of Andreianna and find more employees like her for their company.
the GPS doesn't know where it is
I had gone inside with a friend to order two drinks. I don't drink coffee but I do enjoy their matcha. I have a usual of a large matcha with almond milk replacing the milk, light ice, two pumps of french vanilla but i changed it and added two pumps of brown sugar. I emphasized on matcha because Ive had them mishear me before. They proceed to not only prepare mine in the medium my friend got but then got our drinks mixed up- When we told them about my drink being matcha, she told me I never told her.
