Hi do you have a dark roast coffee? No. Well what do you have? Hot regular coffee. No thank you I can make that at home.
This is the second time in two weeks I was given the wrong order. The first time it seemed like an honest mistake. It was busy. Today there was no one in the drive thru and ordered a coffee cake muffin. Was given a STALE chocolate chip muffin instead. Found it when I got home. No one here smiles, says good morning, etc. I’ll be going to Wind Gap now instead.
Went to pick up some donut holes. Drive through line had 4 cars waiting so parked to go inside. Door was locked and an employee sitting at a table on their phone.
This Dunkin makes sick employees come into work. from Covid to the stomach bug I don’t want someone sick touching my food or drinks. So unsanitary. I get they are understaffed (cause they pay horribly) but come on seriously? I no longer patronize this Dunkin. So gross.
