I got my sandwich and it was burnt to a black crisp.
This store wants to hire an employee, give not even 2 full days of training when I have no experience at a coffee place, and fire you when you wake up and throw up for 4 hours before the shift starts and can’t make it in. When calling in Drea was very rude and disrespectful especially when hanging up the phone before giving an option to come in while throwing up.

Dear non-existent store manager/owner: This is an addition to my original review below: Today, 8/6/25, Andrea made the wrong drink, or the girl at the window gave me the wrong drink. I went back 10 minutes later, and my drink was sitting on the counter. They didn't make a fresh drink, they just handed me the one that sat there. My questions is, was this drink given to the wrong person, then the other customer drank from it, then I received that one? I am done with this place. I am going to Cedar Lake from now on.
