Very poor customer service. Giving wrong orders and not even apologising. I had to wait over 10 minutes for get my coffee. Ridiculous!! Where is the DD Corporate? They don’t check on their stores?
It was good
Terrible service. Never have what they offer on the website and cannot help the customer get a flavor from the back if they are cleaning. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible…
This was the third time I have had to walk out of this Dunkin without a single employee acknowledging that I am a human being existing on this plant. How is it that I can walk up to the counter of a business have the employee stair me directly in the eyes and refuse to speak a single word. I don’t know how a business can hire employees this inept. I wonder if the reason they don’t talk is because they don’t speak English? It’s truly puzzling
