Would get 5 stars if they didn't keep closing 10/15 minutes early. Already close at 7:30 but again tonight I, along with other customers, try the door at 7:20 and it's locked. 7:30 is early enough to close. Six of us customers in seperate cars had to leave because you had the doors locked early. They were there before I even pulled in to the lot. Lost revenue. This is by far the worst managed Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. They used to be quick and on top of everything. Now, food is often undercooked and they are always out of something and I often have wrong orders. Also, some of these other reviews are way off about them. It’s often very sticky in the store, not clean. And I have on at least 2 recent occasions have had cold food despite them just putting my order together. Always friendly employees, this location is kept clean, and staff are always willing to fix mistakes or issues. I've never had a bad experience at the Schaghticoke Dunkin'..!!!
Slow service, over filled coffee and burnt my hand.
9 times out of 10 I have a consistent and great experience here, which I frequent Dunkin and many other locations are not as consistent. I had one experience where I purchased extra bacon and didn’t get any bacon on my sandwich, but I reached out to the manager and she made it right!
