First time at this Dunkin location and we were around the area for an appointment. There are three windows and the lady told us to pull up to the first window but the first window looked like it was just a walk up window for your order in front of the Dunkin building, so we drove past it and got to second window- no one was there so we went to third window and there was no one there either and we ended up making two circles around until we drove behind the customer that was behind us from before. I absolutely adore this dunkin! Every time I go the staff is lovely, and the food and drinks are to die for!!
This is the best dunkin I have ever experienced! the food was lovely and the little girl with the brown hair is the best! she is so kind and lovely, she should get a raise!
Everytime before today I haven’t had a bad experience except for my friends drink one time not having syrup in it. Today I am just appalled how they forgot the espresso in my latte? I got milk with syrup in it?? I was relying on this being a good Dunkin because it’s the closest to my house but after this experience and another location giving me spoiled milk I think Dunkin lost this customer. :(
