The girl who was attending the order seems not interested to work there, was on her ear pod, when I requested to add sugar, she didn't hear, when called ma'am few times she said " What".. also, she was teasing when I asked about mocha, assuming everyone was supposed to know everything.... she needs proper coaching in customer service.
Customer service person was mopping as I came in. I greeted her, and she didn't return the greeting. I proceeded to the counter over a wet floor with no warning sign and she took my order. Without cleaning her hands or even sanitizing them, she grabbed a paper to gather my donuts. Then proceeded to make my coffee without pulling up her sleeves which were hanging past her hands as she made my coffee. I almost asked for a refund.
