I do not usually write reviews at all but i feel i literally have to after this visit to this Cato dunkin location. just to start off i must say this is hands down the WORST dunkin i have ever been to. I ordered a large protein latte and asked for no ice. the person taking my order told me the manager said “the cup won’t be full with no ice it’s all measurements and the measurements are for with ice”. so i was thinking whatever maybe it won’t be completely filled. Great bunch of people who work there! They make you feel welcome.
Hands down the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Orders aren’t correct legitimately 50% of the time. The workers are completely incompetent, did an online guest order for $20, waited 15 minutes at the pickup never came waited another 15 minutes at the counter to be told they have never heard of a guest order and that they clear their order lists every 5 minutes.
