They didn't have any ground coffee for me to buy
This is the forth time this location has let me down. I ordered a small frozen chocolate, a medium frozen caramel coffee, a bacon egg and cheese, a bagel with butter, and hash browns. The wait wasn't that long, BUT THEY COMPLETELY MESSED UP THE ORDER. The bagel with butter was a bagel with cream cheese and the bacon egg and cheese was also a bagel with cream cheese. This location always messes up our online orders! they need more people to work in there, and they need to be trained better.
they are consistent with giving you the wrong drink!! they never make my drink correctly and I am having to go inside after ordering in the drive through constantly. take the extra ten minutes and drive to the one in downtown cape, they never disappoint!
Stopped at the drive thru for a coffee and bagel. The staff were professional and efficient. I was on my way with almost no time lost. I would go again if I am in the area.
Showed at at 6:58 unaware they close at 7:00 and they had shut everything down they said and couldn't serve me. They shouldn't close anything down until they actually close. I've never had my food order correct here and I always have to go back and I've been kind about it but today was just crazy. I just wanted one drink and was refused because they closed in two minutes.
