People very friendly and helpful you don't have to wait a long time to get service. Very good selection 😃. Donuts 🍩 are fresh and delicious 🤤.
I waited 10 mins to order then when I arrive at get the window to be given a hot coffee instead of ice and a vanilla doughnut instead of the specialty cotton candy doughnut we paid for. The store manager needs to retrain those kids. It might help to put down the cellphones and pay attention to detail.
Jaida at the drive thru window was very sweet and bubbly with great customer service. I will return just to get her service again. Keep it up Jaida you will achieve great things!
3rd time in a row I've had a bad experience here. Employees will awkwardly look at you and then don't recognize your existence. Service was late once again and instead of an apology I get an excuse. Basic customer service is a reason why Starbucks is able to charge so much compared to their "competitors".
