I arrived around 7:38 am and placed my order thru the drive thru and after arriving they had me pull away to wait for my order. I waited 15 minutes before parking and entering the shop to ask for my order to be fulfilled. Never going back again. Shop with 5 employees and can’t get a bagel and a coffee is ridiculous bad service.
This location is so convenient right by my home. Jenna is the only person i let make my drink. She knows exactly how i like it
Placed a mobile order. When I arrived at the store they were so unbusy that the two employees were just standing around talking to what appeared to be a friend… my mobile order hadn’t even been started and my ticket was still attached to the machine. Unprofessional. I’ll stick to my regular Dunkin location on Nacogdoches that’s never a disappointment.
