Never get order right
This Dunkin is only dedicated to the drive thru. I waited over 30 mins for my pickup order and they had it behind the counter. The girl with the crazy eyelashes even asked me what the name on the order was and instead of looking continued doing the drive thru. The drink was wrong and having waited 30 mins I could care less! Never coming back and also your women’s restroom water does not work. I had to use sanitizer from my purse. Disgusting and bad customer service
Brought my grand kids in for ice cream and coffee. Worker was NOT friendly at all!!!!! In fact, down right rude with her mannerisms and tone of voice. Like we were bothering her. Will not come back to this one ever!!!!

RUDE , employees he and she decide a new formula for Dunkin Drink he and she the both told me when you ordered easy ice they will replce with extra milk with less coffee !!!! What a ridiclous !!! I worked at DUnkin before and I know the exact formula , Lousy employees and lousy service , he told me the easy ice is equal to less coffee more milk and half cup only , the other girl gave me another one and told me , there is no taste for coffee because we have to increase the milk , so I have one and half cup with zero coffee , ... read more
