Christian earned a long term customer today. The staff were fast, kind, and caring with a big order I put in last minute. They provided excellent service and great donuts. I will be returning.
I've been coming here for quite some time due to the location being close to me. Customer service is hit or miss. That I can get over. What I don't appreciate is being charged for a drink and not getting my money's worth. I get inflation and all that. I don't mind paying the price as long as I'm benefiting from it as well. They serve you a full cup of ice with half the coffee. If you ask for less ice.... guess what! You will still be served less coffee.
