I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ 5 times a week for over a year. You’d think that kind of consistency would at least earn a simple “good morning” or “thank you,” but the customer service has been cold and impersonal from day one. There’s no recognition, no effort to connect—just a quick transaction and that’s it. Very helpful cashier and great service
Lady or guy in the drive thru trying to rush me to take my order fine I let it slide . But then I ask for ice coffee no sugar replace with Splenda it tasted like they added more sugar and they threw my munchkins in a bag no box Get it together guys .
