If someone buys a product from a store, but then the store doesn't give that person the product nor their money back, I would consider that to be theft. That is exactly what has happened to me numerous times at this store. There are plenty of other Dunkins around that have all the items they're supposed to have and won't rip you off. Definitely don't go here. Coffee generally isn't very hot here if that's your thing.
Terrible experience. The staff can’t seem to follow simple instructions. After waiting 20 minutes for just a coffee and a bagel sandwich, my order was still made incorrectly. Very disappointing and definitely not worth the time or money.
Don't have great expectations but what I am guessing is the family that runs this location is extremely impatient and rude.
