Absolutely horrible customer service, tried returning a drink that took over 10 minutes to make because the espresso was so burnt it wasn’t drinkable, when I tried to exchange the for a regular cold brew which is cheaper(I didn’t even ask for a refund) the older gentleman that took my order decided to just argue with me about it. I have literally never argued about an order ever, since I work in the service industry and know how it can be, but this was just a different level and if I knew how to report the worker I would.
Im always happy with my orders except today. I ordered a bacon avocado toast and barley had any bacon. Extremely disappointing both toast were the same and barley toasted.
This has to be the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. I can’t explain how inconsistent this location is and the minimal amount of effort they take to resolve any issue. I don’t eat pork and twice they’ve served pork sausage even though I order Turkey Sausage. Consider that By the time you get your food and go, it’s to late and then you have to call and complain.
