Terrible! I waited a long time for a burnt, stale bagel that only had a tiny bit of cream cheese on half of it.
Customer service here is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! They are more focused on there conversations with each other rather than preparing orders. There were 4+ employees and we waited FOREVER for a simple bagel, hash brown and bacon order. Just for them to get the order wrong and me going up to counter asking for them to fix it and the man saying ok he's got it. 10 minutes later I had to ask again what's taking so long. My order was initially messed up, but the young man was kind and courteous and fixed it. I am grateful that it was made right quickly and politely. Thank you! Kudos!
