I work at Dunkin, so I know how things should be. The store was dirty, and the employee who took my order looked like he didn’t want to be there. I asked for my hash browns to be crispy, but that was completely ignored. I also saw him touching his pants and hair with his gloves on while making my food. The green tea was made by another employee and was fine
Never had better service at a Dunkin' before. My sandwich was hot as I like it just like the coffee.
This Dunkin’ Donuts location is delicious and fresh. This is the third time I have visited this location and each time I have had a great experience. The donuts have been fresh and soft, the store is clean, the staff is hardworking and friendly, the food was fresh and did not taste like freezer burn like other Dunkin’ Donuts locations, and the drinks are made perfectly. I prefer to stop at this store when in the area for work.
