I ordered the new frozen coffee with butter pecan and I took one sip and it was terrible the the guy at the window said he dosent give refunds then I asked him if he could give me a refresher instead and he act like that was hard for him to do then he ask me to pull around the front of the store and I thought he would bring it out to me but he didn't what a jerk I'm never going back there.
Good, fast service with friendly and helpful staff where the drinks are consistent in their flavor!
Worst customer service. So rude. I thought it was hilarious how they shook their little tip jar at me after too. Tip you for what? Your attitude?? My bagel was very burnt and coffee was poorly made.
