Hi,this particular dunkin has a new guy with bald head (sorry not sorry)he said he is the new manager there! He is very very rude,arrogant,irresponsible,he charged me and my friend double the amount and when asked about it he denied to answer us and straight away walked inside without bothering! There were only 2 employees with 20 costumers in the line! My coffee almost took 15-20 mins to reach me! And when we saw him he told us that this is how it works! Everyone here is always so friendly! My drinks are always perfect, food is always super fresh. I never wait more than a minute for my order. I always have great experiences at all of the Dunks in Salem <3
Coffee was good. Service was good.
Employees pick and choose when to be friendly…. You never know when you’ll get good service or drinks. I’ve had issues with this spot ever since the new employees started. They need more workers that actually want to be there. Also just more support overall and people with better attitudes especially when kids are around.
