I've lived next door to this Dunks for 8 years, it was good until about 6 months ago when they switched out all the regular employees and hired a bunch of idiots that don't speak English and don't know how to treat customers. I used to go there every day, now I never go there, I tried again this morning and they totally screwed up my whole order. Stay Away!! The guys at the gas station are great.
I've been going to this Dunkin for years,I go everyday and get two coffees.Since the Dunkin Angels are gone it's the worst,I go up to the non smiling woman who gives me dirty looks and says yeah when I go to order,it's a miserable experience to go here. Sad
They’ll mess up your order and even burn your food. And the amount of attitude given to the customers is ridiculous. The store itself that it’s in is great but it’s just the people working in the Dunkin’s area.
This used to be the best dunks in Salem. The fall of this establishment will be studied in history books. I know they probably left for a good reason but I miss my girls 🥲
