New ownership is running this place to the ground! I work down the street so this is a Dunkin' that my whole office would frequent and we have all had the same experience. They won't honor DD deals and will lie to you about how there is no promotion. They pushed out or fired all of their long time staff who were the friendly and fast. I don't care about small talk or fake smiles but the employees there are the most unwelcoming I have ever seen at a food establishment. They look at you like you murdered their dog. It was horrible. We ordered donuts and coffee and a chi tea. The cashier didn't bother to tell us that they were out. And she gave us the wrong donuts. Not going to tell the rest. I just know we will not go back at all. Horrible
The one on Winter Street is our favorite
