Everyone here is always so friendly! My drinks are always perfect, food is always super fresh. I never wait more than a minute for my order. I always have great experiences at all of the Dunks in Salem <3
Coffee was good. Service was good.
Employees pick and choose when to be friendly…. You never know when you’ll get good service or drinks. I’ve had issues with this spot ever since the new employees started. They need more workers that actually want to be there. Also just more support overall and people with better attitudes especially when kids are around.
Very slow
This dunks has gone down hill fast. All of the good employees left. The people that work there now would rather water down the coffee than brew another pot. Constantly mess up orders people waiting over 10 minutes just for a coffee. Prices keep going up and the quality has plummeted. I’ve been coming to this dunk’s since they opened and never had an issue. It’s normally my preferred Spot for coffee but I’ve been going to speedway and the coffee is way better quality a fraction of the price.
