I have never had an issue here and go here many times a week. Staff is always nice and food and service has always been great!
I ordered a LARGE iced coffee today from here and was charged for a LARGE iced coffee. An employee at the window handed me a MEDIUM I politely pointed out that this was a medium and I ordered a large. He apologized and went to go tell the young woman making my coffee that it was supposed to be a large. This is a super busy location. Recent issues with coffee machines has forced me to go to the next one closest location. Staff shortage make it even harder, having to turn off mobile ordering completely on such days. Needless to say, quality of service has been affected due to these issues. Staff are friendly and polite it's just a busy place. Faster to do walkin then drive through
