First time ordering from this location. The person taking the order could not speak or understand English, so ordering was extremely difficult. I was made to feel like this was my fault. Upon receiving my order, both drinks were completely full with ice (I mean, top to bottom). The bagel received appeared to be toasted but was tough and chewy. Coffee was good donuts were fresh. Dunkin is my go to place and ill be back to this one.
