Nice Dunkin with a small staff on weekends.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DUNKIN!! SURAYA SOLD ME 2 BAGELS--ONE WAS BURNT AND THE OTHER HARD AND SHE SAID SHE COULDNT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE THE MANAGER WAS NOT THERE. RIDICULOUS THAT SHE TOOK THE BURNT BAGEL OUT OF THE BAG AND PUT IT BACK IN THE BIN. I COULDNT DO ANYTHING WITH THE OTHER SO HAD TO THROW IT OUT.. SO I PAID FOR NO PRODUCT.. REALLY REALLY DISGRACEFUL..
A perfect example of investing a fortune in to making the place pretty but hiring people with the worst possible attitude.
It’s usually clean, usually prompt service. But here is my bagel with barely any cream cheese on it. The cold brew is sometimes very bitter, tastes old. I really hope they fix these problems because it’s a convenient location for me to stop.
