Management doesn’t know what they’re doing if there was even a manager there. Not only was our food messed up multiple times, they gave us items completely unrelated to what we asked for, then proceeded to look like they were lost handing out the wrong orders to consecutive customers and door dashers that came in after. Maybe a bad day, maybe not. Shouldn’t be in a corporate setting that’s for sure.
I walked in this morning we 2 other people and we waited 10 minutes to be helped and the girl just stood there looking at us. We asked her if at the end do we just order on the kiosk because we weren’t being help and she answered yes because she was too busy. That is not professional for someone to be working there like that especially with attitude. She didn’t even say good morning when we walked in. Bad customer service.
Horrible service,came here on Saturday 5/23/26 for a little breakfast with my wife and son. They gave us an incomplete order, and the sandwiches had the wrong cheese on them. They asked us to pull forward and wait so they can remake our sandwiches. 10-15 mins later I had to go inside to aquire about our food and they had completely forgot about us and were never going to bring it out, glad I went in to check. Usually dunkin is really good, but thus m I ring, my daughter and I get two cups of coffee, and two bacon, egg and cheese croissants. The croissants, eggs, really smelled and tasted burnt. We were starved. So it was good, but still had a burned flavor. We had just finished a 5-hr amazon flex delivery since 330 am.
