5:56pm On a Saturday, there was only one person in front of me and two employees. I waited more than 30 minutes and no one could serve me a simple coffee!! If you value your time, don't come here!!
One of the most important things in food service is customer service. The gentleman who was waiting on me, thought it was more important to mop the floor then to tend to our order. There was a little confusion on redeeming rewards. Which I don’t put on him, but he could have been a little bit more considerate, with the fact that it was his equipment that was not working properly. WORST DUNKIN EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I GOT SCAMMED!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! I came to this Dunkin location last week and the girl employee scanned my reward points for the “WRONG DRINK” All my points went away, and I still had to pay for my drink. They did not want to fix my situation or even give me my points back. When I spoke to the manager he did not care and didn’t care about his employee taking accountability for her mistake.
