Sharhana I think is her name, she takes my order every single day because this is the closest Dunkin to me. They always get my order wrong And yesterday I let her know that my coffee didn’t look right and she said what do you mean it’s what you ordered And I said it’s never that dark of a color so then I gave it a sip right in front of her and I said that’s nasty and handed it back that it does not taste like how I get it every single day and she made a rude face at me, rolled her eyes and handed my coffee to another girl in... read more
The worst Dunkin location I’ve ever been to. It hasn’t only been one instance every time I go my order is wrong. When the store is supposed to be open, the drive-through says it’s closed because they purposely turn it off. I’ve had to go inside to pick up my drive-through mobile order. The store is so dirty and every time I get my bags of food, they are full of sauce. Really do not recommend this Dunkin location.
Corner location with drive thru that makes it convenient. Drive thru can be slow sometimes and orders are alright but definitely not the best Dunkin. Occasionally the order is incorrect but not usually.
Wouldn’t accept a twenty that was received with some tape on it from the bank because their “machine” wouldn’t take it. Absolutely no sense and the “manager” who definitely was not the manager would not try the machine then spoke in a different language getting upset because I asked for her to use the machine. No other Dunkin does this absolutely rude and ridiculous. Don’t recommend this Dunkin.
