WORST DUNKIN EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I GOT SCAMMED!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! I came to this Dunkin location last week and the girl employee scanned my reward points for the “WRONG DRINK” All my points went away, and I still had to pay for my drink. They did not want to fix my situation or even give me my points back. When I spoke to the manager he did not care and didn’t care about his employee taking accountability for her mistake. This place is mediocre at best everytime I go here the food is burnt the coffee sucks and honestly the workers always have me pull up to the front to wait for a small order
