Very polite employees. Coffee prepared perfectly.
It's unfortunate that it took 20 minutes for a wakeup wrap, 1 bottle water and 1 donut. Team member Rena, took my order and then started helping the other team member for drive thru orders without completing my order. Four order were completed before mine. I mentioned something to her nicely, she basically shrugged me off. I asked for a refund, then the other team rush to complete my order. The team is not working efficiently. One of the best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to One special employee named Chris Very polite, young man Made my sugar-free vanilla iced coffee, perfect. I’ve been to plenty of establishment And this by far was the best iced coffee I’ve ever had
UPDATE: Went 3 times in 2 wks April 2026 and HUGE difference! Friendly employees (I was told , new mgmt) the bagels tasted much better also! Wow, reading the reviews are shocking. Been to the drive thru plenty of times with no issue. I can see from the car how they seem unhappy but never bothered me until I got a stale plain toasted bagel. I go back in with the bag and that’s all the mgr had to see. Didn’t acknowledge me at all and walked away after she helped the customer before me.
