Worst customer service I would never return to this Dunkin’ Donuts ever again. I ordered my food use my mobile app and paid. I went to the window and ask to change my order. They refuse to do it. Give me half my food at the window. The manager kept going back forth with about if change order it’s going mess up the system. It’s sad how people act over food that you’re paying for. Today’s morning crew was so polite!! Best customer service i’ve received at Dunkin by far!! My food was delicious & my coffee was made to perfection!! What a great way to start the day, now to head to Disney in a great mood.
